Why do insurance companies "silo" claims in car accident cases?
If you didn't know this already, you probably suspected it. Insurance companies "silo" their departments. Why should I care you might ask? Because it slooooooooowwwwwwwssss down how they process cases. And it's meant to burn you out, devalue your case, and to get you to settle for less or even run out of time and miss the statute of limitations. It's all by design. A very deliberate design that all of the insurance companies use. Every. Single. One.
Why do you think the spend so much time saying they have good hands, are like a good neighbor, or some other equally banal and total bullshit line. Because they lie. All they do is lie. "The lady doth protest too much, methinks," Hamlet (Act 3, Scene 2).
